Roman went to America earlier and he sent his cousin an e-mail in where he told him that he totally made it in Liberty City. Later than, Niko decided to go to America to experience the American Dream. But, when he arrives in Liberty City, he discoveres that Roman lied to him. He runs a taxi company in Broker and is in trouble with criminal organisations. Regarding Bledar Morina, i think that he represents a typical Albanian who is engaged in criminal orgaizations.
